Students interested in an externship placement should complete the Externship Student Application. In doing so, please complete all sections of the application. The form may download to your computer or open in a browser window. If the form opens in your browser, right click on the document and save it to your computer, do not fill the form out in your browser as the fields will not save. Once it is downloaded, you can edit it, save it and attach it to an email.
Initial the boxes pertaining to the requirements indicating you are familiar with and will be able to comply with such.
If there are any special circumstances we should know about, please include such in the final box on page two of the application.
Once completely filled out, name it with (1) your name, (2) the words “Extern Application,” (3) the semester and year you wish to do your placement, and submit it as an email attachment to both firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com.
Attach a PDF copy of your resume to your email. Your resume (but not your application) is forwarded to your selected placement office. As such, please give your resume document a name that identifies the document in an appropriate and professional manner.
