LL.M. – Incoming Student Disclosure Form

Our application for admission contains several questions bearing on an applicant’s character and fitness for the practice of law. In addition to requiring complete and accurate answers to these questions at the time the application is filed, the law school also places upon applicants, admitted and enrolled students, a continuing responsibility to reveal knowledge of all criminal incidents or disciplinary charges, even if expunged, sealed or otherwise removed from the candidate’s records.

All newly admitted LL.M. students must complete this form by their 1st seat deposit deadline.

    Have you ever been charged with, arrested for, convicted of, or pleaded guilty or nolo contendere to a violation of any law? *

    This includes minor traffic violations, charges of driving under the influence, or any other drug- or alcohol-related offenses and any expunged offenses. You should also disclose offenses which resulted in purged, sealed, obliterated, dismissed or destroyed records, regardless of whether you have been told that you need not disclose any such event. These will also be requested by state bar authorities in many states.
