Program in Air and Space Law – Part-Time

Program Admission

The part-time LL.M. in Air and Space Law is ideal for practicing attorneys who want the added advantage of an LL.M. but who prefer to continue working while earning the degree. Likewise, the part-time Graduate Certificate in Air and Space Law is intended primarily for part-time, distance students who are working professionals seeking additional knowledge of legal, policy and regulatory aspects of aerospace industries.

Admission requirements to the part-time program are the same as for the full-time program.

Degree Requirements

Part-time students must satisfy the same course requirements as the full-time students in order to receive the LL.M. degree or the Graduate Certificate. All students must successfully complete the minimum credit hour requirement for those programs.

Course Selection

Part-time students will work with the Director to design a course schedule that suits each student’s needs.   This is essential since part-time students will not take the same number of courses per semester as full-time students.  This custom schedule is intended to facilitate each student’s successful completion of the LL.M. program in two years.
