Mandatory Meeting

There will be a mandatory Course Selection, Preassignment and General Information presentation for all second-year law students given by Associate Dean Cooper, Professor Hall and Law Registrar Upton.  Please plan to attend one of the two sessions offered on Wednesday, March 9 from 12:45 to 2:10 pm in Room 1078  or  Thursday, March 10 from 12:45 to 2:10 pm in Room 2086.

The Priority Registration Window for 2L students to register for the upcoming Summer and Fall semesters will be either March 31th or April 1st @ 12:00 pm.  It is very important that you attend one of these presentations.  If you miss one of these mandatory sessions, your Priority Registration Window will not open until April 8th (no exceptions).

Law School Required Questions Survey

The ABA requires the law school to ensure that students comply with rules governing working during the semester and character/fitness reporting.  Indeed, the ABA is so serious about these requirements that they raised the matter during our most recent accreditation process!  To satisfy the ABA and comply with the standards, we have set up a Blackboard survey.  Every semester all law school students are required to complete this survey.  The survey is found in the Blackboard course titled ‘Law School Required Questions’ for which you have been enrolled.  Please take a couple minutes to read the questions and understand its content before you complete this survey; the questions have changed from last semester.

If you do not complete the required survey by March 25th, your Priority Registration Window will not open until April 8th and after the survey is completed.

Summer/Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 class schedule documents will be available on the School of Law website approximately mid-March.
