Prof. Patrick Garry from the University of South Dakota School of Law will give a presentation called “Conservatism Redefined: A Creed for the Poor and Disadvantaged.” Prof. Garry will discuss the challenges that conservatism faces in appealing to the poor and disadvantaged. He has authored several books on constitutional law, focusing mainly on the First Amendment.
