The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Office of General Counsel (OGC) is accepting applications for the 2015-2016 Legal Honors Program.  THE DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 5, 2014.
Mary Merchant, HUD attorney from the Jackson, MS field office will be presenting an informational session on the Legal Honors program at 12:30 PM on Monday, August 25, 2014 in Room 1090. 

All 2Ls, and 3Ls are welcome to attend.  The Legal Honors program is only open to 3Ls, but HUD offers student internship opportunities throughout the year!
The Legal Honors Program is the hiring vehicle for entry-level attorneys for the Office of General Counsel. Through this program, OGC recruits the most talented and committed law school graduates interested in playing a vital role in helping HUD accomplish its mission to “create strong, sustainable, inclusive communities and quality, affordable homes for all.”
