Jim Warren

Adjunct Professor and Member, Carroll, Warren & Parker

Jim Warren is focused on resolving disputes. He brings knowledge of the law and strategic thinking to each engagement. His commitment to dispute resolution is backed up by a willingness and ability to take the case to trial should circumstances require.

Jim Warren has tried and won many types of cases in his career. He has obtained multimillion-dollar judgments and successfully defended cases seeking millions. Much of Mr. Warren’s practice is focused on insurance coverage as well as complex commercial litigation such as construction defect, product liability, and business disputes. He is admitted in Mississippi, Florida, the United States Virgin Islands, and the United States District Court in Puerto Rico. Mr. Warren has also tried and arbitrated cases in Tennessee, Missouri, California, and New York, and handled matters in many other states and countries. He is also a successful neutral, acting as mediator, arbitrator, and court-appointed special master. Mr. Warren is active in the Bar, serving in various roles.
