Our next guest speaker for Czar’s Coffee Klatches will be Reverend Warren Black, former pastor of Oxford University United Methodist Church.

Reverend Black is a fifth generation Mississippian who never sought out to be a preacher. He graduated from Emory University School of Law in 1974, passed the bar exam, and eventually discerned that his heart was in ministry. He then started seminary and earned his Master of Divinity at United Theological Seminary in 1979. Reverend Black served several appointments before arriving at OUUMC, where he served for eighteen years and helped to develop Oxford’s Inter-Church Committee for Racial Harmony.

Reverend Black looks forward to visiting with students over coffee and casual conversation.
Coffee and donuts will be provided!
