Who can attend?  Students, alumni, faculty, staff, members of the bar

An E-Discovery CLE Program will be held at the University of Mississippi School of Law on October 31 from 1-5 p.m. in Weems Auditorium.  Members of the bar are invited to attend at no charge.  3 1/2 hours of CLE will be offered.  The program will be as listed below, with a networking reception to follow:
  1. Ronnie Solomon, King & Spalding, Atlanta – “Current Issues in E-Discovery”
  2. Stuart Hubbard, Bradley Arant, Birmingham – “Legal Holds and the Obligation to Preserve”
  3. Ken Jones, Pileum Corp, Jackson  – “How to Avoid the Biggest E-Discovery Mistakes” (1 CLE hour)
  4. Ethics panel discussion:  “Ethics in eDiscovery:  Practical Perspectives.”  (1 CLE Ethics Hour)
