The McArthur Justice Center and the Criminal Appeals Clinic have partnered in an appeal case involving an issue of a juvenile sentenced to Life Without Parole (JLWOP), and Jacob Howard, Adjunct Professor and Legal Director of the MacArthur Justice Center will present the oral argument in the case on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, which will be broadcast live over the Internet on the Mississippi Supreme Court website.
