Professor Fergusson teaches Legal Writing, Advanced Legal Writing and Contract Drafting. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and studied in Costa Rica and at the University of Edinburgh as part of her undergraduate program. Fergusson joined the Law Faculty in the fall of 2001 after graduating from the University of Mississippi School of Law. While in law school, Fergusson was an associate editor for the Mississippi Law Journal and chairman of the Trial Competition for the Moot Court Board.
Professor Fergusson is a member of the steering committee of the Mid-South Intellectual Property Institute and also serves as chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the Mississippi Bar.
