Tiffany Kilpatrick

Adjunct Professor

Tiffany L. Kilpatrick, known simply as “T” to her clients and friends, is a life-long native of North Mississippi with the exception of a few sowing-her-oats stints in Atlanta and Los Angeles.  T earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2005 from the University of Mississippi School of Law, after which she clerked for the United States Magistrate Judge S. Allan Alexander of the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Mississippi.  In 2007, T opened a solo practice with offices in both Oxford and Amory, Mississippi.  After being associated by her friends David Hill and David Minyard in several major court cases, all of which were overwhelming victories at both the trial state and in the Mississippi Court of Appeals and Mississippi Supreme Court, T joined the Hill & Minyard family in 2010.

T has served as President of the Tri-County Young Lawyers Association and on the Executive Board of the Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar Association, Women in the Profession Committee and the Gender Fairness Task Force to name a few.  Current professional associations include but are not limited to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit and the Mississippi Bar Association.  T is licensed in all Mississippi state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Mississippi and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

When not devoting herself to her clients or her pro bono law projects, T teaches Legal Research at the University of Mississippi School of Law to first year law students and chases after her equally hard-headed yet adorable son.
