Roy Presents on Religious Symbols and Endorsement Test

In March, Professor Lisa Roy presented her paper, “The Endorsement Test at 30: Looking Forward, Looking Back,” as part of the Law and Religion Colloquium at the Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School.

In April, Professor Roy participated in the Law and Society Conference at Charleston School of Law commemorating 30 years since Justice Sandra Day O’Connor’s “Endorsement Test.”  Professor Roy was the Introductory Speaker for the panel entitled, “Religious Symbols: From Creches and Menorahs to Crosses and Mottos.”  Justice O’Connor was in attendance and gave the keynote lecture.
