All first-year students are required to attend this presentation by the Mississippi Board of Bar Examiners, the Mississippi Lawyers and Judges Assistance Program, and the Student Affairs office. Law students have an ongoing duty to disclose certain matters to law school administration, just as practicing attorneys have an ongoing duty to disclose certain matters to the Bar.
