Description of Event- Collegiate Recruiting and the Changing Legal Definition of Amateurism
Meeting- Weems Auditorium, Room 1078 on Friday, March 2nd at 1:00 PM
Activity- This will be a panel of speakers giving their insights and observations on what we now classify the definition of “amateurism.” With all the violations that have happened the past year, will the standard be lessened to include more benefits for prospective student-athletes? We will dig into these questions and more.
Lunch will be provided beforehand.
- Off campus attendees will need to obtain a visitor parking permit before arriving.
