“Court on the Road” Oral Arguments

The Court of Appeals of Mississippi will once again travel to the law school to hold a special session of court to hear oral arguments in cases pending in the McArthur Justice Center and the Criminal Appeals Clinic. Jake Howard, Litigation Director for the McArthur Justice Center at the University of Mississippi School of Law will argue a juvenile life without parole case, and two third-year law students, Anthony Liberato and Hunter Robertson, will argue issues involving a trial judge’s duty to instruct the jury on lesser-included offenses. The arguments will begin at 1:30 in Moot Court I.
- Off campus attendees will need to obtain a visitor parking permit before arriving.
