The Intersection of January 6th and Public Defense

What happened to the individuals charged for their actions at the Capital on January 6th, 2021? Attorneys from the Northern District of Mississippi’s Federal Public Defender Office will be discussing just that. Scott Davis, Assistant Public Defender, represented a Mississippian charged for his role in the event, and Scott will detail what the process was like.
