Based on the Law School’s DEI Strategic plan, the Law School shall provide opportunities for faculty and staff training on diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural competence-related issues with a legal focus, which may include implicit bias training and training on how to incorporate diversity-related topics into classroom discussions.
