The Magnolia Defenders will be hosting guest speaker Kelsey Rushing. Kelsey Rushing is the Capital Defender of the Office of the State Public Defender. Kelsey and his office litigate death-eligible cases for trial and direct appeals. Originally from Carthage, MS, Kelsey is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and Cumberland School of Law. Before his position at OSPD, he worked in general practice including mass tort litigation, civil defense, personal injury, and criminal defense. Lunch will be provided to attendees!
