Warren Wells will be visiting the Law School to present a talk to students on his position in the Army and two big practice areas in the Army JAG Corps: new Congressionally-mandated developments in military criminal procedure and an overview on the law of armed conflict using some real life examples. He is the inaugural Lead Special Trial Counsel for the U.S. Army, a position recently mandated by Congress for each branch of the service.
