February 10, 2021 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

The National Disabled Law Students Association (NDLSA) and New York University’s Disability Allied Law Students Association (DALSA) would like to invite you to: The ADA in the Workplace: Recognizing and Resisting Discrimination.

Please join us for an exciting conversation with Teresa Danso-Danquah (Moderator), Jinny Kim, Bethany Drucker, & Anisha Queen.

This event is intended for people with disabilities, allies, and lawyers. This event has been approved for one New York State CLE credit! It is appropriate for both experienced and newly admitted attorneys.

Our panelists will address:

·         How does the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) apply to employment?

·         How can legal professionals use the ADA as a tool to protect employees in the workplace?

·         What is the “interactive process” and why does it matter?

·         And MORE!

***This event is being offered for FREE thanks to the generosity of our sponsor (Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP). NDSLA greatly appreciates donations in order to continue providing free/low-cost accessible events to members of our community.***

Please email Jordan.berger@ndlsa.org if you would like to submit a question to the panelists. CART and ASL will be provided. For accommodations, please email info@ndlsa.org.
