Joint symposium for physics research between The University of Mississippi and Mississippi State University featuring research talks and poster presentations.
We plan on having one meal catered and allowing guest time to leave for another meal and re-gather again.
We are also planning on occasional short coffee breaks.
The event should officially be 9am-5pm, but I’m requesting the space to be available a bit earlier to give time for setup and an hour after for clean-up.
Off-campus guests will be arriving; but it’s on a Saturday, so I don’t think parking permits would be an issue.
