This will be a career panel featuring practitioners and professionals in labor and employment law. We hope to have an attorney from the plaintiff-employee side of the field, an attorney from the defendant-employer side of the field, a Republican member of the House Workforce Development Committee, and a Democratic member of the House Workforce Development Committee, as participants. The participants will answer questions from a student or faculty moderator and discuss legal practice and current issues in labor and employment law. Light refreshments will be provided.
