Paul Watkins has taught Employment Discrimination as an adjunct professor at the University of Mississippi School of Law since 2021. Paul is a member of Mayo Mallette PLLC in Oxford, Mississippi, where he has an extensive litigation practice with an emphasis in employment and education. He also advises governmental entities and private employers on employment issues. Paul graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law summa cum laude in 2006.
