Philip M. Levy is an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Mississippi. Before becoming a federal prosecutor, Philip worked at a civil defense law firm, focusing his practice on municipal liability and Section 1983 litigation. Philip clerked for Judge Leslie Southwick of the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Senior Judge David Bramlette III of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. Philip was the Editor-in-Chief of Volume 80 of the Mississippi Law Journal and currently serves as the Chair of the Mississippi Law Journal Board of Directors.
