University of Mississippi School of Law third-year student Mary Anna Brand recently had an article selected for publication by the Review of Litigation at the University of Texas School of Law.
Brand’s paper, “The Goose, the Gander, and the Gaps in Between: Procedural and Appellate Disparities in Multidistrict Litigation” was accepted earlier this month for the review’s upcoming issue. Brand currently serves as editor-in-chief for the Mississippi Law Journal, a student-run organization that publishes legal scholarship since 1928.
