The Georgia Law Center for the Homeless, a non-profit organization, provides free legal services to the homeless in civil cases throughout Metropolitan Atlanta. The Law Center assists the homeless with all types of civil legal problems and also provides advocacy on behalf of clients in administrative proceedings. The Law Center has appeared on behalf of clients and Federal and State Courts and the Court of Appeals. Students should expect to assist in all aspects of the litigation performed in the office. The Georgia Center for the Homeless is comprised of attorneys and staff dedicated to the zealous representation of the homeless and working poor in Atlanta, Georgia.
